Need to Reschedule?

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

At Nu Skyn, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made on the same day of an appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Also, as a courtesy to others, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. This may result in a same day rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy:

At Nu Skyn, we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any services or products that have been used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that patients understand and accept this condition.

All treatments, procedures, and/or pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable. Gift Certificates are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Any credits from pre-paid treatments, procedures, and/or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) only at management’s discretion. Credit can only be given to and used by purchaser only. NO REFUNDS.
